Troy Davis: A Presentation by "Live from Death Row Heidelberg"

On July 17, in a final public event our workshop "When the State Kills - Live from Death Row" at the English Department of the University of Heidelberg, Germany, presented its research results. O ne central topic was the case of Troy Davis, who we concluded was very likely innocent and certainly not guilty "beyond a reasonable doubt" as required by the law. Incredibly, he is now scheduled to be executed on October 27, that is, in 12 days. Here is the power point presentation on his case by Irem Cumhur, Sarah Gscheidle and Nicole Leifer Nunez that convincingly shows why Troy Davis must not be executed and why the international public should act to prevent this.
