"Jury Rigging Laid Bare"

Posted on May 9, 2007. Here are excerpts from the famous Jack McMahon jury traing tape made in 1987. The video carried the signature of then Philadelphia District Attorney Ronald Castille, who is now on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. In it, McMahon instructed prosecutors about how to purge the jury of African Americans, women, and "intelligent people" in general.
